Important Health & Safety Information And Liability Waiver

These terms apply to the online classes offered by Nestful Minds and its third party providers (each, a “Class” and collectively the “Classes”). If you do not agree, please do not participate in the Classes.

As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you have injuries or conditions that would be made worse by practicing yoga, do not participate in the Classes. If you experience any pain or discomfort, stop participating in the Classes.

You affirm that a licensed physician has verified your good health and confirmed that you are in appropriate physical condition to participate in the Classes. If you are pregnant, become pregnant, or have recently given birth or undergone surgery, you verify that you have your physician’s approval to participate. In addition, you will make the instructor aware of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before attending any Class.

You assume full responsibility for any and all damages which may incur through or as a result of participation in the Classes. You also affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga. Participation in the Classes is at your own risk. If attending a web-based or other remote Class (e.g., at home), you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for providing a safe environment in which to practice yoga.

You hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims arising from your participation in the Class that you have now or may have hereafter against: (i) Nestful Minds LLC ; (ii) Lauren Buckles, Certified Yoga Instructor; and (iii) any third party provider thereto. You confirm that you have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver.

You confirm that you are agreeing to this waiver voluntarily and recognize that clicking the “Subscribe” link serves as your complete and unconditional release of all liability related to the Classes to the greatest extent allowed by law.
